To help provide the necessary equipment, food and facilities to run the hospital and rehabilitation centre, we attend around 50 agricultural, game and country shows a year. Our mobile static raptor display is truly a wonderful bird of prey experience and can be tailored to meet most requirements. Native/non native, umal/dirurnal, hard or grass standing, the choice is depending on the event organisers. We can provide up to 15 of Corio Raptor Care's winged ambassadors, all birds that have been brought into the centre at some stage in the past and due to various reasons cannot be released.
Our static displays are always very popular as we try to involve members of the audience as much as possible by introducing the birds, explaining their history and natural habitat.
We are fully covered by public liability insurance and risk assessments. Our voluntary staff are always in attendance throughout an event and are pleased to give advice and answer questions.
